TCR # 43 In The Bower - February 2011

A new sun room release this week and Shimmerz.

Once again a very beautiful palette, but as my stash hunting began it turned out to be a tricky one despite all. The photo is of my MIL (white blouse just about to dig into a piece of cake to the far left) and her brother and two cousins one summer in the very early 1950's. The typical coffee pot (yellow enamel) can be seen in the grass at the bottom of the pic.

Craft/cream patterned cardstock is Swedish designer Maja, as is the cut out postcard serving as matting. Cream thick handmade paper with quite a lot of texture IRL. The purple squares are also cut out from pps by Maja and have the most delish names such as; "cheesecake; flowers on the table; at my place; almond cake with prunes; and the hills of Stockholm". The yellow touches are very discrete; a couple of small roses and just a sliver of yellow lace. Liquid pearls form a circle, white resin embellies from local supplier Panduro. Flowers from Prima. Thank you ever so much for looking!!
